I get dinnerly to help when I need it. Weeks where we have a lot going on and not a lot of time. I end up skipping more often but I can only skip a month at a time. I forget to go back and update my preferences or skip which would be fine if there were some notifications! Hey you have a box coming up, plan your menu. Nothing. I just feel like it's not worth it for small usage if it's not a regular part of your life. Add notification options!

I have had it with this service and their constant mistakes. I've used dinnerly for 5 years and it was great until the last year and a half or so. The mistakes are now outweighing the benefits. Missing items. Missing menus. This week they missed an ENTIRE MEAL. Customer service used to be decent, but now I've received no response for days and the unacceptable response of $12 for 4 missing servings was ridiculous. Portions are getting smaller while the price has only increased. I am done.

Orig 09/2025: My wife has been using this app for the last year, and if I were rating it solely on the quality of the dishes and ingredients, it'd be a 5. It's not. We get our boxes poorly packaged and delivered, so much that we nearly always have meat blood all over the place (gross, right?). Extra $ for items, then not receiving them (Ribs - extra $6.99 per serving, for 4 of us....missing), and customer service sucks. 10/25/25: every single item soaked in balsamic. This is the norm.....
