Used to be fast when it comes to customer inquiries, now it takes days to get a response and issue resolution is very poor. For example, I was inquiring about an SRO form which I didn't get when the deadline to submit was nearing. I emailed three times, tried their phone number (doesn't work), sent a chat message via FB, but there was no response for days. When they finally responded, I was sent a low resolution PICTURE of the form and the process indicated there was not aligned with the FAQs
