This worked fine on my last phone but on my new phone it cannot find my policy. I phoned Greenflag about this and was told not to put in my policy number or car reg, but just my basic details up to that. Also to try reinstalling the app. He also said it could take up to an hour to work. Yes did all of that but still not luck. Greenflag please look into this! Update. The lasted update means this now works. Give it a try!
Completely useless. Can't login because it won't accept my account password (which is correct). So I ask for password reset, but code is never sent so I can't reset it. Rinse and repeat 6 times and now I've given up. Waste of phone space.
Unable to link account to it. Spoke with Green Flag rep several times who have reported it to the designers. Seems to be a common issue. Only use for the app is to have their telephone no at hand for a quick dial. Poor.
Rubbish app. I have been a policy holder for many years, but only recently downloaded the app. It wouldn't find my policy details so called Green Flag for help. They checked my policy and told me to wait a week before trying the app again. Waited over a week and it still doesn't recognise that I have a policy. Uninstalled the app before posting this review. Good riddance to a waste of space on my phone's memory.
It won't let me log in. It says my password isn't correct. I know for a fact that it is.
Terrible!! Sorry, same result as a lot of others, couldn't find my policy. Don't waste your time with this garbage.
