From 1 star, to 2 star, 5, back to 2. Something that has helped to get mobile DVR to work over data was to first hit the multi app button on your Samsung. To the left of your home button, click that and hit "close all." Go back into app and go-to mobile DVR, it should say something like loading playlist. After a minute or so If it still loading playlist, click multi app again and hit close all and go back in to mobile DVR again. This usually takes 2-4 X's to get my playlist loaded up.
Wanted to load this on my Asus Chromebook which is setup to accept Android apps. Won't allow me login so I uninstalled it. I have it on my Nexus 5X and it seems OK. Have not really used it because I really don't want to watch TV on my phone. Comcast had an app years ago that would let you program your DVR remotely just in case you were away from home and forgot to program it. This one seems a bit lame in comparison if you can only program if you are at home. Why use it??
Unable to use because it requires that I give it permission to access my phone's status and identity. You have no right to violate my privacy. As such, I refuse to give you access to my phone's status and identity. (2016: 12/13, 12/20, 12/29; 2017: 01/15, 01/22)
I hate this app on Android. I never had these issues on the Apple app. Why is half the screen taken by an already loaded Audience channel? Does Samsung or AT&T own it? No wonder it runs constantly in the back round draining the battery. Not to mention it DOES NOT do what you claim it should. I was hoping latest update(1-21-17) would help but no improvement. Can't uninstall but I'll be disabling until fix is done. Thanks.
It sucks basically. Inconsistent reliability and operation between Android, iPad, and web apps. Says i need to be on same network as my router but doesn't work when i am. Not all channels always accessible. Kust doesn't work as advertising leads you to believe. Preparing to cut Directv. If this app truly did allow me to see everything i could at home from anywhere across all apps on any network it would be worth it but it doesn't.
Repeat calls says they are working on being able to view Playlist away from home. Ever since AT&T acquired the service has gotten worse. Now runs in background even when you don't use of. Getting worse with each update
