Can no longer use as remote App is no longer finding my receivers (either connected to home network) since update so can pull content or be used as a remote. 3rd party remote apps still work, so problem is the update. Please fix.
Nothing ever works right. 5 long adds before I can watch on my phone wtf!!! I pay $180 a month for adds wow plus I have to reinstall the network setup on a daily basis so the receiver will work properly again ugh.
You want to know why you can't sign in? Do a Google search. Find out what AT&T customers have known for a long time about their company's brutal apps. They have now infiltrated Directvland. The beginning of the end I'm afraid.
Still not working Part of payment included the offer of using this app...Now it hasn't worked for awile. ..Direct TV should give credits because they are not honoring what they offered!
I would give it zero stars but that isn't an option. The app keeps crashing and will not connect when I'm on mobile data (Verizon). I set up a show to be recorded and when I hit RECORD it looks like it's doing something then the app crashes and I have no idea if what I have set to record worked. I've logged in on my laptop just to make sure what I have set to record is actually being recorded (kind of defeats the purpose of having the mobile app...). The merge with AT&T has caused nothing but problems with DirecTV.
No Worries I don't know what's wrong with the complainers phones but mine works fine! I have a Kyocera hydro life and the app. works fine.
