Doesn't work!! I have spent a total of 8 hours over five calls with tech, just to tell me too bad it only works for some people and that an engineer will be calling in 24 to 72 hours to help. I have heard that four out of the last five calls to tech, I have NEVER GOTTEN A CALL BACK!!! And the calls were over the past 4 months!!! The app is useless, if I was able to give it zero stars I would have!! Don't waste your time with this!!!
Still after VARIOUS updates and complaints and calls. I have even gotten a new phone I still cannot register my device (Samsung Galaxy S8) to my DVR. I had NO PROBLEM connecting my daughter's iPad or iPhone.
The app doesn't load the first time I start it up and typically needs to be closed and restarted several times before it gets going. It doesn't include all my local channels and has NBC but not CBS. It also doesn't remember my most recently watched shows or channels so I have to search for them rather than having them close at hand when I log in.
Keep giving an error message "Network Problem: Please check your connection and relaunch the app" smh. Just another to suck you into what sounds like a good deal.
The app worked fine when I got Directv, but since the updates, it never connects to the server and is very slow streaming. You had better rework this app.
It doesn't work keeps telling me to check my network connection.
