Don't waste time and data Useless for marine application. No depths. Nothing more than Google maps. Pop up adds after you close it. Uninstalling immediately. U.I. sux.
Best All in one so far I have tried a bunch and this one is the best. I hope it remains free. I use the trail creator for estimating my distance when walking. I love seeing the results in feet rather than rounded off miles. This will work for walking, running and bicycling routes you create. I would like to see a calories burned & use USGS altitude estimates for hills vrs flat surface calories burned estimater...it would be unique.
Been looking for something like this for my real estate sales, development, and related activities in a rural market for years. Just dry-runs in the office but field trials are coming. A truly practical app so far.
Not worth the trouble. Let's you store three waypoints, and three tracks, then you have to buy upgrade. Who can get by on three waypoints? Ok, so I tried it again . Got the same screens when I tried to add a fourth waypoint, meaning I could not add another waypoint until I spent $7.49 for the waypoint manager. Made me waste my time a second time, shame on me. Way better totally free GPS apps out there. Removing the stupid program for the second time.
Polaris Air Nav You have to buy the 9.99 upgrade to add waypoints. I did with my old phone and it worked great. I use it when I fly as an Airline passenger.
Using for Lake Powell So far it looks good. I will use it this July when houseboating
