I've been on discord since 2016. You guys really need to stop adding new features that people do not ask for. The name change system along with a lot of recent changes to the platform have been dreadful, you're adding features people didn't ask for and in time, if you keep doing this, people are going to find alternatives, some of which are growing fast. Oh and by the way, your staff members have been taking original names away from people that fairly got them first. Amazing.

Buggy mess I've been using discord since 2017 and it's great on PC but on my phone, especially over the last year there's been a bunch of bugs. The bugs consist of not being able to share and send multiple photos from a different app, not being able to send messages, a DM conversation showing on ever other DM and server, and most recently the media picker shows rows of blank photos. Now a lot of thesw bugs have gotten fixed but I feel like with every update there's a new very annoying bug.

New layout is beyond awful, used to be succinct and one could easily navigate servers and all their channels, now it's just messy and nonsensical and takes much longer to navigate, not to mention incredibly laggy. Slowly been getting worse and worse with each update and this is just the latest in the saga, recommend Telegram as an alternative.
