Ratings and reviews

It would be nice if the app worked consistently. The last couple times I've tried to use it, I've gotten an error saying my request couldn't be completed regardless of using biometrics, PIN, or username/password. I panicked the first time thinking something happened to my account. I had to log into my account on a browser instead of the app to see my accounts.

Easy to use. Easy to read and navigate. Discover is ahead of many other companys on thinking out of the box. Flat numbers on credit card. Number located on the back so others can't easily get a peek. I have had people comment that the edge of the Discover card is orange, making it easily visable from the top in a billfold, while with other cards, people have to pull them out to find what they are looking for. Discover's orange edge shows where it is, speeds up the process. Love freez

I lost my wallet at the mall a month ago- it showed up at security within a few hours, with nothing missing... Or so I thought. Someone had made copies of all my cards, and until they tried to make a bunch of 300-500$ purchases last week, I had no idea. I am SO thankful and impressed with Discover's Fraud Team and Algorithm!!! Not only did they catch and decline all those purchases, they also caught and stopped merchant verification from a number of places throughout the last two weeks!! 🥹🥰🫂
