Used to really like this app but suddenly I'm not able to get into the locked programs even though I have this service with my provider. Every time I try to access a locked program I get the message "Network not in your TV package." This is not true, I've called Xfinity about the problem and they've assured me this is still included in my package. Up until about a month ago, everything was working fine. Very annoying!!! This is the case for my phone, my Kindle, and my TV. None of them work.

Had to update my original rating. This is for use on the Firestick ID app. For the past week or so whenever I try to stream a program there's a bunch of text on the screen. Looks like a bunch of websites ir urls all run together. Looks like gibberish honestly. Even when the program is playing there's text on the entire screen which prevents me from seeing the show. Please fix

More times than none the app doesn't work. You tap the app to open it up and it has the circle going round and round and it won't open. I'll even let it go for 5 - 10 minutes and still nothing. Tried deleting the app then reinstalling it, nothing works. It just comes on when it wants to. Please fix this, I like watching this channel and it's frustrating when it won't work, thank you
