Ratings and reviews

Make a way to find ticket reservations on your app or even website, don't rely on email only, it's stupid

As others have noted, I too am unable to access my reservation in the app, so it seems that printing the paper ticket will still be required.

As others have said, its poor that you're unable to manage an existing booking if booked before you created an account.
