About this app

Principalm provides student, staff, contact, classes, grades, attendance and conduct information on your Android device. The information is stored locally, so it is available even if you do not have Wi-Fi or cellular networks available.

Principalm now comes with the optional Intuitions Module. Intuitions works within the app as your personal assistant – alerting you to birthdays, high or low grades, attendance problems, changes in medical conditions, and more. Intuitions was created to help you connect with your students effectively and to stop small issues from becoming big problems.

Student and Staff information is exported directly from your school’s Student Information System (SIS), so you will have access to all your schools vital information. All popular SIS's are supported: PowerSchool, Infinite Campus, SMS, Pentamation, SchoolMAX, Skyward, Trillium, Aeries, SchoolTool, DASL and lots more. See our website or contact support for a complete list of supported SIS's. If you don't find your SIS listed, contact us and we will be happy to develop a connection to your SIS at no charge.

The data is secured using 128-bit AES encryption (Bank Strength Encryption) ensuring that it cannot be retrieved without the password. Student data is NEVER sent to Discovery Software and you have complete control over who receives what data.

You will need SIS Liberty and an active Principalm+ license for your school to transfer your own data to Principalm for Android. A demo dataset is downloadable so you can preview the available features without needing a valid license.
