Ratings and reviews

This is now very easy for RV service. Changing locals is easy and suspending service for the winter is also a snap. This is the best satellite TV service for RV'ers and much better and convenient compared to DirecTV. UPDATE: 9/13/24 The app no longer works. Enter login credentials and nothing happens. Cannot accomplish anything with it if the app won't open. This needs attention but in today's software world there are no direct points of contact to ask for support.

The app won't open. This is the second time this has happened. Considering I've only tried to open the open 5 times this is a horrible track record. It seemed great when I WAS able to open it but that isn't saying much. 7/2024 I've been unable to pay my bill on their website using my bank account info for 4 mths. I added my debit card and was finally able to pay through the app. WTH?!? MY DEBIT CARD CHANGES AFTER FRAUD HAPPENS BUT MY BANK ACCT INFO NEVER CHANGES SO THEY NEED TO FIX THIS.
