The app used to work but after the last update it prompted me to log back in with my provider. However when brought to the screen within the app to log into your provider doesn't work. After clicking the provider that I have (dish) the links to take you to the provider login to verify an active subscription don't work.. in fact none of the links work not for spectrum DirecTV AT&T dish Optimum Etc none of them work. So right now the app is not usable.
Love the app, but for some reason the past few times we've tried to watch something, only the left side of the screen is visible with the show, the other half is just the Disney Junior screen background. Difficult to watch shows when you can only see half of what's going on :-(
This app is horribly slow. And recently it has started to crash every time I click on a show or try to connect it to our Chromecast. Edit to add that they FINALLY updated and it seems to have resolved the issue. Thanks for letting us know to check for the update.
This is a horrible app. I always have to re-install it so that it loads. If I don't, my tablet TURNS OFF trying to load it. 😢😠 Also, now it's getting stuck. This is NOT A GOOD APP! If my other movie app worked at this house, I would use it instead. This app gives me great hassle. Fix now! I must have athority over my own app. 🙅
Problems after problems... If you can finally get the app to boot without having to reinstall every time, and yoh can get it to cast without crashing, good luck logging in. Even after logging in it still won't show full episodes. This app just keeps getting worse after each update. Which they only update once every 6 months. Don't hold your breath for a "fix". Very weird coming from Disney. Definitely a dissapointment... Disney, get a new team to run your app please.
Not sure what happened, because we've gotten it to work before. However the last few times our son has tried to load this app, it simply will not load. It takes forever and never progresses past the startup splash screen. Which in turn causes our son to get frustrated and throw a fit. I will be removing the app so he is no longer tempted to click on it. I hope a fix can be made because the couple of times he got it to work he loved it.
