8/29/24 not sure what is happening but my wish list continues to delete itself. I'll spend an hour trying to find items which I had previously saved, take the time to save them again, and then an hour later it's deleted again. Extremely frustrating and I hope this gets fixed QUICKLY 5/1/23 It won't even allow my to open the app because"an insecure connection has been discovered." I've deleted and downloaded the app 3 times and agreed to the new terms and conditions but it still won't work!

During both the purchasing (adding items from my "wish list" 2 my cart) & especially during the checkout process the Disney store app repeatedly kept crashing. I was attempting 2 use 2 different Disney GCs. During the process of +ing my GCs the app would crash... over & over & over & over & over again. I finally gave up & just used 1 GC. It was truly ridiculous. Honestly, if this wasn't the last day 4 FREE 📦 & 25% off, I would have just said, forget about it. Bc it was such a waste of ⏰️.

The app keeps freezing on the splash screen and won't go any further. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and even uninstalled and reinstalled it, but the issue persists. What's even more frustrating is that if I try to go to the website, it automatically redirects to the app, which again freezes at the splash screen. At this point, I feel like my only option would be to uninstall the app so that it doesn't automatically open, allowing me to access the website.
