not sure what update occurred but now I'm getting the same issue another person just had back in July. My game is getting stuck on the loading screen. I have uninstalled it and installed in 3 times and it works while you're playing it but the moment you close it and try to reopen it, the game freezes on the black loading screen. love the game, have played it for a long time but needs to get fixed or will uninstall permanently.

This game started being a lot of fun and it looked just like the movie. The more it got updated the more it changed to look like all other mobile games. Everytime I changed phones I lost some if not all my progress, the last being that half the characters are locked, even the ones I paid to unlock! Contacting support gets you nowhere ever since they sold the game to a new publisher. Now I'm locked out and all my progress is gone!!

This game is badly broken when it comes to the frozen squares. After you break the ice, sometimes the block will stay in place and other times it'll vanish with the matched blocks and then not refill the spot. No new blocks will fill the spot either, making it literally impossible to win a level. I've encountered this bug several times and the only way around it is to purchase special items from the store.
