The app is very helpful for navigating the parks and planning dining and fast passes. One improvement I would like to see for my Samsung galaxy edge is additional filters when searching for restaurants. For some reason, the resorts do not appear as filters so it is tough to find restaurants at resorts unless you know their names. I would also like to receive push notifications when my fast passes start and end and 20 minutes before my dining reservation.
The internet has been down off and on for the past week at Disney which causes problems for the app. A great tool however DISNEY World is experiencing numerous ride closures which make the wait times inaccurate. You can check the wait time for a ride or attractions only to arrive and find a much longer wait. As for directions it's pretty good. Many good uses all in all a good app.
I'd never been to Walt Disney World before, so we planned the trip for our honeymoon. This app has received the most use of any app this whole trip! Extremely helpful for keeping track of your itinerary, especially since we reserved Fast Passes and made Disney restaurant reservations in advance. Everything was kept in one place no matter what park we went to. Best of all, it saves all our Photo Pass images taken by Disney photographers--the easiest way to get both of us in the shot on our honeymoon! Photos appeared on the app within minutes of scanning our Magic Bands. The maps were also useful. All around great app!
Extremely buggy and unintuitive. We have not had mobile ordering work at all - only once have we even managed to tell it what we wanted, and the order still wouldn't process. Ended up standing in line for 40 minutes waiting to order anyway.
This is a wonderful app, so helpful and a huge time saver. Love doing Fastpass + ! I do have a suggestion though: when ordering food, I'd like to be able to make modifications to my food such as: no bacon, add cheese, no onions. That kind of thing. Would use it more if that was an option.
It's very frustrating to plan out your whole vacation on the app ( which is a really nice concept btw)... Then when you finally arrive in Disney it tells you "We're unable to complete your request" to your reservations and fastpasses in the Park for the whole day. This sent me into a panic and it shouldn't have. Keep a backup of all of your plans on paper. Do not trust this app
