Ratings and reviews

Great for stuff like seeing the park map with attraction wait times (though those aren't always accurate), entertainment showtimes, placing mobile food orders. Not so great for showing parade routes or car locations in parking lots (it doesn't really show you where your car is, it just lets you enter the space's # and Disney character), but it's especially deficient for showing wait times for entering the park. These are completely missing. We had to wait 50 min. The app offered no explanation.

its buggy, has a lot of rules, only works in a specific way. I hit the back key and in some places it backs out and others exits the app. Missed a couple of lunch times because it was not intuitive to understand how it works so it took hours to eat because I ended up going to another part of the park and waiting in a slow long line to eat.

I do not recommend the mobile ordering service to others. The loading bar occasionally will get "stuck" at the 2nd stage and never tells you your order is ready until after your pick-up window has closed and they will still charge you. The app is very unreliable, even if you do have full cell service, do not trust it.
