Ratings and reviews

Downgraded Disney+ app!! Content is different per country but there is no reason why not to provide the same experience for all users in all countries like Netflix. Many features are missing for no reason, bugs with playback and synchronization between devices, login with phone number instead of creating an account is prehistoric and even the personalization options are limited (why for God's sake are not all avatars available??).

Constantly crashes. Buggy UI that at the same time tries to mimic competition and still does a worse job. No option to set the quality of the video (even if you select HD it says the video will play at *up to* 720) so it always changes even on a strong stable connection. Terrible experience with the app altogether. No reason why such a strong company couldn't invest more in customers.

The app is trash. The UI isn't so bad (of course it looks like it was mostly copied from Netflix) but I can hardly get through a movie without it stopping to buffer all the time, even when on wifi and I lower the streaming quality. Worst of all, it has crashed in the middle of a stream numerous times and then resets my progress to the beginning, so I end up spending more time seeking than I so watching.
