Ratings and reviews

Bad UI. You cannot search by genre. The homepage won't even show the whole library of movies. You cannot "discover movies" to watch since it is not really presented to you. Some movies will only be suggested to you if you watch something similar, but then it will be gone on the "browsing history." Basically, if you do not know the title then you really can't find/browse something to watch. The personal info, payment, renewal, and other "manage your account" page is just horrible.

The brightness option in mobile is annoying, the subtitle is so bright even if you set it to lowest brightness. You can't see anything but the subtitle seriously. The brightness should be applied not just on the show but also the other settings and subtitles. You should also balance it overall, lowest brightness is literally black screen and the highest brithness focus too much on the light colors. Its very annoying on the eyes.

This app costs more than Netflix, Prime, or Viu, but it is easily the worst streaming platform available. Even on stable Wi-Fi with my Oppo A5 Pro, videos constantly cut and freeze while the audio turns into unlistenable digital static, so distorted.The offline download feature is also completely useless. It sucks most days of the week. No wonder the app ratings are tanking.
