The Patient Portal is a personal space from which you can access your medical history, diagnostic tests, clinical reports, manage your medical appointments and have follow-up without waiting or traveling.

Imposible to change a password when you forget it. The temporary password was sent only once, then when I changed the password nothing happened: the same screen, all elements were inactive, tha password wasn't changed. I repeted these steps a couple of time, but I can't receive even a code (temporary password)! No any error messages, nothing. I'm just on the "Remember password" screen, 'Continue' button is inactive. Unbelievable!

why am I unable to use this app outside Europe? it does not make sense. As an international patient, I should be able to book appointments, access my personal medical data anytime and anywhere in the world. Is frustrating to always share my personal info with someone in Europe to book hospital visit.

Tried many times to add my daughter to the app. Uploaded all her documents and it still says restricted access Keep contacting them and asking for help and it still is not working. Cannot access any of her reports
