A new approach for easy travelling. They are even cool with rescheduling and all that stuff. You can book tickets to the bus of your own choice, after selecting through various options available. Also, you can wait in their office, and they will notify you with the arrival of your vehicle.

My experience was highly unsatisfactory; the actual bus departure time was 7 AM, yet my ticket indicated 6 AM, resulting in an hour-long wait in cold conditions.
