Great! Just works! It's the only app that I found that tackles this issue. It just works. No frills, no drama, no annoying popups. The only thing that can probably be added to it would be the ability to whitelist the currently connected to network, without having to manually type the ID.
Works great on Lollipop Super handy to just connect once to an open wifi hotspot and never connect automatically again.
does what it says Great tool to prevent auto-connecting to those pesky open wifis (cafe, stores, municipal) that only work within 10 feet of the hotspot.
Essential tool This app solves the annoying issue of your phone automatically connecting to "open" WiFi networks that you've used before (typically bars and cafés). These networks require you to register and/or login to use them, so they're not really "open" - and connecting to them unknowingly will cause your internet connection to drop. This really should be written into Android as a standard option but here we are.
