o Users have the ability to submit incident reports directly to DKI Canada for immediate service. If an incident occurs, the user can simply fill out a short form and hit the submit button, and the loss is immediately directed to the nearest DKI Canada member for assistance. The user will even have the opportunity to submit incident photos, taken directly from their smartphone, along with the loss report for enhanced reporting.
