Since the last 2months are so app video zoom is not working properly. It zooms to one default point after that we can't move anywhere. Is there any fix for that?

Complaint Regarding D-Link CCTV System I am facing many problems with my D-Link CCTV system. The camera zoom is not working. The camera image is not clear. The hard disk frequently gets corrupted/fails. The software is outdated and is not receiving updates. There are many technical issues with the system. I am very disappointed with the product. It has been a waste of money. Please resolve these issues as soon as possible or provide a suitable replacement.
