Amazing quality the wide view is awesome, took a minute to figure out how to get it set up though. Only thing I don't like is that I have it set up to give me a notification every time motion is detected in a certain spot, but we have tested it multiple times and it barley notifys me and also doesn't make a noise or vibrate to notify me. We tried different sensitivity settings etc. but still nothing, and still no sound if it does work. Other than that love the product.
Slow buggy app. Just horrible how do you release such bad application. Slow camera load, slow login, problems connecting, constant disconnect, just getting the app to recognize takes ages. I mean how many bad things you I list?? I know for fact it's not my setup as I'm an engineer and everything else works, just not this application. I'm about to just give up and move on to something else.
After the firmwear upgrade, the connection as remote camera were lost. I try two days to join the local camera to my dlink account, but nothing happens. Please, dont advice to communicate with the support team. I will do tomorrow when I will find them open. And I will inform about the solution or not
Can't set up recording in the app. That requires a desktop computer for some reason. During the setup it also told me to wait for a flashing blue LED, even though the LED was green. Could only connect to my WiFi if I used the WPS button, the password kept failing. Poorly made app. Bad user experience.
The cameras suck, but the app is easy to use. The cams literally disconnect whenever with no warning or explanation why. Thank God we've never been so unlucky that something bad happened to us while the stupid things were "disconnected." *knocks on wood* I wish I could go back in time to tell my husband to buy the other camera at the store instead.
The wifi audio doesn't seem to work anymore. The sound was not brilliant but had been working for 3 months, but now it's totally not working. Please help.
