Does not work with Marshmallow. I used to be able to find a camera on my home network and pull up the feed on my phone Samsung s6 while on the home network. Now every time I try to connect with a device running Marshmallow, it finds the camera but then says it cannot connect to it. Please update your app and make it run with Marshmallow!
Poorly designed product with bad ratings The average rating for most DLink product is embarrassing! There is an emphasis on creating new apps none on fixing existing apps. Dlink apps have very bad ratings. This camera is not designed well either. It sees the sky but not the ground. Concidering gravity, seeing the ground is necessary because intruders & babies dont float in the sky but they do walk and crawl on the ground. Description of 'whats new" is typical of DLinks disconect with its users. Glitchy slow Junk app for a only half decent product.
Lots of problems I have two cameras, neither will work with the online portal so impossible set up alerts. App keeps timing out and often will not connect cameras. What's the point of security cameras which cannot alert you and you cannot monitor reliably???? Feel like I've wasted over £100!!!!
App keeps timing out Was great until recently. After latest firmware update the app Constantly times out, requiring reconnect. This is extremely poor usability especially when trying to monitor a baby.
So frustrated right now 2nd one I've had and the 1st was great but I can't get this one to do anything!
Wow! What a nightmare. After setting up and registering not only does the app not connect to ANYTHING the online webpage states I don't have a camera (device) registered, even tho I can sign in and yet I re set it up using a DSL cable and was CLEARLY able to see a picture coming from the camera, hit "next" AND I'm back to square one, the Android app just churns with a white screen and nothing happens. Returned the camera..
