App simply does not work. Cannot update my devices or occasionally i can after 5 or 20 minutes of continously trying to refresh. Submitted support request and just got generic reply after a long time. Terrible. Is this being discontinued or something? Is that why this is so awful?
The app response is very slow given I have 180 mbps internet speed and dlink's own AC3200 alien spaceship router... either the app or the connected DSP-W110 smartplugs are buggy. They also appear offline randomly. Please fix the issue. ..
My alarm was not able shut off and it was annoying having my DLink alarm blaring in my house without recognizing my password. I even went to the DLink webpage and reset my password, but it still does not allow me to login. My wife was able to shut the alarm off with her phone and app.
I changed the password and it won't allow me to log in again. All the devices in my home are now USELESS!!! Also, I can't connect IFTTT, it always says wrong username and password!
Please fix your application and release a new update! It always gives offline for cams they are turned on and connected to the wifi properly! USELESS!!!
Bought the water sensor. Was easy to setup, only took 2 minutes. Small amount water sets it off and mydlink alerts to it. App works fine.My only thing would be to have it also email me or send a text to a couple cells so everyone in house gets a msg.
