App simply does not work. Cannot update my devices or occasionally i can after 5 or 20 minutes of continously trying to refresh. Submitted support request and just got generic reply after a long time. Terrible. Is this being discontinued or something? Is that why this is so awful?
The app response is very slow given I have 180 mbps internet speed and dlink's own AC3200 alien spaceship router... either the app or the connected DSP-W110 smartplugs are buggy. They also appear offline randomly. Please fix the issue. ..
Not sure what everyone is going on about. App works fine for me. Only slight problem is the D-link sensor won't control the smart plug. App opens quickly. Sometimes has some delay switching smart plug on our off, but no different to opening some web pages.
My alarm was not able shut off and it was annoying having my DLink alarm blaring in my house without recognizing my password. I even went to the DLink webpage and reset my password, but it still does not allow me to login. My wife was able to shut the alarm off with her phone and app.
Setup was easy and it's work with my Galaxy S7 but I don't like the notification. It's only beep 1 time and that it's. Please make the siren or at least like a ringtone untill I turn it off, I will give 5 stars!
This app is none functional. Lots of bugs. One thing I have done to get around the WIFI devices is once connected to your account use IFTT, as that app seems to connect to your account and control devices when the app cannot see the devices. For ZWave - you are stuck with an intermittent app, though you can connect the ZWave devices to a different ZWave hub. Come on DLink less of your standard PR replies and start giving some candid answers, are you working on a fix or not?
