Had to install mydlink Lite to get this to work on my nexus 7, from what i understand its something to do with android 5.0 and up. it works fine on my s4 mini running android 4.4. not very impressed with the app or the dns-320l and would seriously think twice about buying any d-link products in the future
Only opens directly from playstore I just buyed a dns-320L and downloaded the app only to realize that it sucks. D-Link hardware is OK, but this app is useless (if you're lucky and it works on your phone, of course...). Please, update the app, and make it worth the money users had spent.
Dlink have wasted my money I know this app is free but the main selling point to the DNS 320l I have just brought was the app and the Google drive syncing both don't work. And haven't been updated in months. Don't sell products if you clearly don't support them anymore it damages you name. Will not be buying another product and will be returning the nas
Not a good app App is very poor in general for managing your NAS but since lollipop update its just unusable. Crashes every time I try to load it up. Get it sorted D-Link
Shame on you Dlink!!!! If I could award negative stars then I would!!!. A classic example of how not to produce an app for your paying customers. Everyone is experiencing issues from 'cannot read firmware' errors to plain incompatent UI. How many andriod app's fail to provide ease of use, well this is one. My advice is to look for another suppliers NAS Cloud solution!.
Does not open It crashes when trying to open it. Has only started doing it since lollypop update.
