It unfortunately stopped working about every third time I used it. I enjoy many of the sounds but others I'm ambiguous about, largely because they're too quiet to hear when I'm doing yoga.
Very peaceful and nice sounds just perfect for meditation, to unwind after work, and simply just to de- stress in difficult moments where emotion regulation is an important skill to use. This app is a wonderful distraction from the world and all the cares of the moment. Be here, be now, be present. ♡♡♡♡
