Please tell me how to get a refund because does not work AT ALL with my galaxy s8 and Denon x2300
Worked perfectly on my Denon x4300 and Galaxy S8. Just wish you could change the crossover in the app too and make 2 curves one for movies and one for music then change that with the remote quickly. Hope that they will add that in the next update.
Do not buy this garbage. Doesn't work and the developers ignore emails. When paired with my Denon 6300H, the app crashes every time during speaker calibrations. Due to developers ignoring my multiple requests for a refund, I have contacted my credit card provider for fraud. Stay away from this garbage! Would be zero stars but it won't let me.
I had high hopes for this app, especially with it priced at a whopping $20. I updated my receiver to the latest firmware and started calibrating my speakers through the app. During the third listening position, I was told that my receiver lost connection and I had to end the process. I don't know if it's worth attempting again, but so far this app has been a massive disappoint. EDIT: Ran it again and it seemed to work. I'm happy it worked so I'm bumping this up from a 1 star to a 3. The app leaves a lot to be desired for $20.
Hi Audyssey support team, I would like to report a bug on the app for crossovers setting. I'm using the marantz SR7011. I love the app and what it can do BUT, audyssey needs to fix this bug. When I run Audyssey from the AVR, it gives 150hz xover on my surrounds and overhead speakers. Always. But when I use the app to run Audyssey, it give me 250hz xover. Re-ran it using the app and it's the same. Many of my friends have this xover problem too when they use the app to run Audyssey calibration. Can audyssey fix this pls? Is this a known bug? And how do I temp overcome it, can I amend the curves to do this? Because I understand from audyssey that I should not change the xover to a frequency value that is lower than what audyssey calibration sets. Thanks, Audyssey fan
I cannot get this app to connect at all. Very frustrating considering the Denon remote app works just fine.
