Doors menu never loads I've emailed their support and all I get is silence. Very frustrating, basically useless. Also the pin security needs serious rethinking. I question the cognitive abilities of someone who thought that was a good idea. As if all that isn't bad enough. If anyone logs into system link *no one* can use the app or the website. Pure genius.
Quite useless Other than notifications when system is armed or disarmed, I can't remotely arm/disarm the alarm. I get a "system may be busy" message even if I logout and back in again. I have a free Honeywell wifi thermostat that works flawlessly compared to this paid app. Pretty useless app to me.
I recently installed this software, and so far, out of perhaps 20 atttempts, have been able to connect just once. The system sends me alerts, but I cannot log in to check on them. Whether I use my Android phone or Windows computer, I get the message "Could not connect to your alarm system. Your system may have been busy" Of course, I've tried that with the alarm armed and not armed. No difference...

Scheduling When scheduling through the app. It causes a crash every time. I have sent multiple reports and emails to no avail. Please fix this issue.
Slow It's very slow and isn't user friendly.
