The fact that you have to pay a membership fee to watch the animes, and still be forced to watch ads is insane. In addition to that, the app is constantly glitching. I used the trial period to binge watch the one anime I wanted to watch, then cancelled my membership. Just go to Crunchyroll. It's literally superior in every way.

Have this on my Roku Device, really enjoy watching older anime I've never seen before or stuff I forgot about. Works fine enough on phone, doesn't want to work sometimes on streaming devices, but good overall. The new layout update kinda makes things hard to find, can't really watch anything on streaming devices and keeps signing you out for no reason. Used to be good, but now it has too many problems, would still recommend once things are fixed up more.

There are some really strange design decisions with the video player, lack of settings, and features that would be great if they were here but aren't. There's also a lack of polish. I know many old anime were made in lower resolutions (ex: 480p), but I at least didn't expect piracy site levels of low bitrate. Although, the service IS free at the end of the day, so I'm not gonna be any more picky. Ads are rare as well, I expected a loooot of ads, but no!
