Ratings and reviews

New FW 3.139.173 does not fix constant disconnects to uPnP/DLNA server. My only, intensely annoying complaint about this app. ** HEOS on Android seems to have more issues than its iOS counterpart. What they both have in common is the constant disconnects to Kodi's uPnP server. On iOS you'll get the message that the server is no longer available but on Android, it will sometimes freeze and the app will need to be restarted. It would have been a really good app if it did not disconnect so often.

It's not too bad. I spent a lot of money on Ubiquiti networking gear and now this app works a lot better. A little disappointing that it won't run at a reasonable level until you have a super solid network, it should really be tuned for the average home user. My old network gear was mid range Asus gear and this app in particular was always flaky until I upgraded everything. Still having occasional problems with Spotify not seeing both my devices, but I think it's more a Spotify issue.

Lose connection to speakers too many times to rate this any higher. I've tested my network and it's fine. When it works, it's fantastic. I bought in to Heos for the connection options, sound quality, and expandability. the app just doesn't work well. I never knows all my speakers will show up every time I open the app. This is the only app I have to force stop weekly to try get reconnected.
