Constant autoplay video in new app is annoying. As soon as you open the app the video starts playing (or tries if you're in spotty reception). This shouldn't be an automatic feature. The new app update feels like a step back and older instead of the clean previous version. The only benefit is the spam ads are more easily identifiable though they still stick them in there to look like news stories

Although WNYT 13 has always been my news station, I do not enjoy this app, it is not updated enough and starting to watch it less because they are lacking in reporters and putting out information. News 10 and other stations have current stories and info

Not working. The main screen comes up, and it doesn't change, seems frozen, and tried on multiple devices. Useless.... update...this morning it worked for the first time in ages.. ironically..lol..but ty!
