Rating from December 2025: App doesn't show any appointments. I do get mails and sms notifications, but the app itself doesn't show anything. Already contacted support once, but I am treated with silence. I know it's a festive period, but there should always be support. Update: start of February 2026, no changes. The app remains useless, even though I keep getting sms and e-mail for my appointments. so, clearly, account and mail work, just not the app.

Website is functional, but it's also frustrating as many pages, especially reviews' are only in Greek, they cannot be translated by the system nor the text can be copied to be pasted into a translator app.

Barbara, thank you very much for your review. You are right, expert reviews are not yet available in English (we are working on this), but anyone can copy and paste them for translation. We would like to ensure you that we work every day to improve your experience. At your service...anytime,
The team of Doctoranytime!

The review system in which you leave a review under your own name does not follow privacy laws. Health is a private matter, and the doctors keep pushing you to leave a good review - they will know if you didn't because there's no anonymity. You can't afford to make someone who has your most private information at their hands angry. On the app basically every doctor has nearly perfect reviews and it's obvious why that is. I have a unique name and everyone will know it's me if I use it.

Nora hi! Our review policy is subject to strict rules precisely because health is a private matter. It is not clear how you were pushed to write a good review and if you were prevented from leaving the review you wanted. Our doctors receive both positive and negative reviews and all are published as long as they adhere to the terms of use.
