Edit: Issue fixed after the recent maintenance. So changing back to 5 star. Fast to see doctor. Really depends on your luck which doctor you get. 1 doctor was very good and detailed. Asked many questions and history taking. Is the app down? I used it twice before and it was fine. Today cannot even use the app it keeps freezing, at first keep saying my card info wrong when it is correct. When i exit I cant get back in. Reinstalled a few times and not working still. Can't even log in the app now

first time using the app, I can say that it's very helpful and very convenient to use because it saves time and effort rather than going to the clinic for physical consultation. I am loving the app and the doctors are welcoming and accommodating. Thanks for creating this app for convenience 🙂

Marking 3 stars for now since the latest update seems to have removed the capability to upload files. I checked the permissions and other capabilities list and it doesn't even look like it can read files and folders anymore but the app itself still displays the "upload" button. Tapping that button doesn't do anything. Don't get me wrong, I like the app for its convenience.
