Tried multiple times but the OTP doesn't work. No OTP is being sent out or if there is, it's already invalid. I hope you guys remove that feature or create an option where you can send it to the email. Negative stars for this app.

Very bad interface. My consultation was not booked or reflected in the app. I discourage anyone from paying for a membership even though consultation fee is a lot cheaper, you will still need to pay for medication separately. Basically nothing worked for me on this app and I just wasted money on the membership.

Touch recognition is terrible. One moment the menu will respond, then the next time you try to use the app it is unusable because of the app's poor ability to actually detect that I'm touching the screen.
