The app sucks! Your app should have notify first that the time is too close and booking is not possible. But no warning and proceeded to payment. Yet at the end there's a message that the time is too close! How can that be reasonable? I booked for the earlier appointment coz i need it asap! But here you are proceeded to payment and at the end your saying the time is too close? Give me my refund!!!!!!

This was a complete waste of time. I came looking for help, but all I got was a vague referral. When I asked the doctor where I was being referred, he mentioned a specific specialist — but when I received the actual referral sheet, it was for a completely different department. It felt like he just wanted to get through the consult without offering any real solution. If you actually want proper care or clarity, skip this and go to a physical clinic where someone will take your concern seriously.

the app in itself and the service are quite good however I have huge concerns with their ability to maintain and protect my personal information secure. For example to get support they require sharing email, full ID (NRIC/FIN/passport), DOB and Full name via email
