The service is Amazing. It's easy to find a doctor in a timely manner. However, the android app is a hot mess. I can never get any of my appointments to show. Much less join one. The fingerprint login doesn't work. The login system seems to have a mind of its own. The ios app is so much better from what I could tell. Hope they fix the android app

Constant technical issues. Spinners seem to go on forever when loading any screen in the app, then when finally managed to book an appointment and joined the lobby, the doctor called me on the phone saying she couldn't see me there. Then, after giving up and leaving the lobby the app had no recollection of my current or past appointments.

App is rubbish. Spins forever, wont let me log in at times, even though my user information never changes, but it let's me at others. Had my first appointment today, healthcare practitioner was... definitely not ready, for lack of a better word. Didn't listen. Not impressed.
