The mental health providers are great and I haven't had to switch them yet like with some in person providers I've dealt with. Very personable and helpful. The only thing I don't like is that there is no option to direct message your provider or email them other than through the customer support option. Your only option to talk to them directly is through video chat and sometimes they get booked up rather quickly. Not a bad app otherwise, but that is the only thing I would change if I could.

Patients being able to reliably schedule appointments is a very important part of telemedicine. I have experienced many issues with scheduling on this app for Android, on the website version, and also the app on iOS. There is an inconsistency between each platform, they each show providers have different availability and some of the platforms won't allow you to book with certain providers. I have emailed and called support and they give me the run around. I will change my review when it's fixed.

Has many accessible options for doctors, therapists, and psychiatrists; and accepts most insurance so if you're insured then many services are free! However, good luck if you have a connection issues, because if the call drops you will be kicked out of your virtual visit with no option to reconnect. You're only able to schedule a completely separate appointment, often days later. I would give a much higher rating if not for this issue, but I sought help and was honestly let down pretty badly.
