I booked a trip at noon for 15:30, only to be informed at 15:35 that no driver was available. I also kept receiving repeated requests to update my booking, even after it was already done. Additionally, the fare fluctuated multiple times, and the driver deliberately took a longer route to increase the price shown on the app. Overall, I do not recommend this service. Try Yugo instead — even if it’s slightly more expensive, it offers a far smoother and more reliable experience.

Usually the app works really well. I 100% recommend but nowadays I've been having issues. Can someone please assist me? It keeps telling me to update internet connection. I tried everything possible to fix it. The problem is not with my connections, it is with the app. It's not working recently, can someone please fix it for me? I tried installing again. Still no improvement.

The problem is that the amount stated when you booked or pre-booked will not be the same in the end because of the additional time taken due to traffic jam which has not already been included. And you may end up paying twice or more. Otherwise the drive was smooth ; comfortable and safe. kevin
