Gives me the impression that this is run by some intern. You may be lucky and get a good service or you can end up waiting literally for a whole week. Poor communication and customer service, which is a shame considering there's a good selection of products. Unlikely to use this again. Alternatives with better customer service is available

Really bad service, it took 5 days to get my order, then when I get it, I got old bread, and the nuts package was broken and it was still AF. The great thing is when I reached out to the customer service to complain about it they just ignored me. It's just a waste of money
