am very disappointed with ARQ. I made my first small transfer of 6 USDC. After that, my account was suddenly blocked. They opened it for 24 hours so I could withdraw my funds, but I was unable to do so due to technical issues. I wasted a lot of time trying to withdraw the money. After that, they blocked my account again. I clearly asked them multiple times to close my account and send me a confirmation, and that they can keep the 6 dollars. I am concerned because they have my personal documents

sent money and it never arrived they just kept on saying it could be delayed. it has been over 24 hrs. and that's the first time frame I was given, then the bot just kept on saying someone will be with you shortly , just lost money and no response., going on over 4 days and still no resolution, support went silent for a couple days, definitely will not utilize app, as I need something reliable and secure.

I placed an order which was instantly canceled. The merchant never claimed the funds and now I have to wait 30 days to receive a refund on my money on behalf of dolarapp. That is insanely long considering it was canceled by the merchant almost instantly. I like this app but one has to be very very careful on placing an order otherwise if the merchant cancels it who knows when you'll receive your money back. I messaged the chat and they were NO help.
