Custom workouts apparently aren't editable. Nothing intuitive about this app that I can see. Probably useful for their canned workouts
Great app, but there is a bug where everytime I log a workout it updates my bodyweight to a very heigh number on Runkeeper. It seems to multiply it each time so every work out I log my weight on runkeeper goes up by more than double.
Can't watch videos on the app I purchased the handle development program but can't watch videos via the app. I can only watch the videos through my browser.
Logging workouts again the wrong day For the last week or so every single workout logs against the previous day. So if on the 9th I log a workout and select the 9th at the start once I log it it shows up under the 8th
Useless For a beginner I guess you will be curious to see how to perform the exercise, but there are no details about any of it free or not.

This is a major under-the-hood update that allows a lot more flexibility when logging workouts!
You can now edit the active measurement fields (reps, weight, time, distance) by tapping on the wrench icon while on the “Log Exercise” view.
You can also swap between miles, yards, and feet when using Imperial units or between kilometers and meters when using metric settings.
These changes allow our system to be a lot more flexible to handle all kinds of workouts and exercises!
