Worst app. My payment was duplicated and still has not been refunded. I logged a complaint and contacted support twice, but there is no way to contact the backend team. The front team keeps asking me to send useless information. Do not use this app—save your money.

Good app, but there are so many small issues that cause a lot of trouble. Some pizzas especially the Flat 2500 section and more, they do not show the pizza size. Only the price, how would the customer know which size the pizza is according to the price. I was going to order. But I changed my mind because it's disappointing. Hope you guys fix it with proper UI/UX practices.

The worst customer service I’ve experienced. I ordered through the app, then the Athurugiriya manager called saying my order will be canceled and transferred to Malabe. The app later showed only “Canceled” with no transfer. When I called the hotline, they said Malabe is out of service, so I didn’t get my pizza. Now I also have to wait for a refund. Very poor communication and a complete waste of time.
