2)How to open hidden AppLock?
Please update to the latest version and then try the following four methods to open hidden AppLock:
1. Gallery
Open your Gallery, select a picture, click the share button. Find "Open AppLock" and click it.
2. Widgets
Long press the home screen, click Widgets. Find "Open AppLock" and drag it to the home screen.
3. Dial pad
Enter *#*#12345#*#* in your dial pad.
4. Browser
Open any link in the browser:

3)How to stop uninstalling AppLock?
Please enable Advanced Protection in Protect of AppLock, so nobody can uninstall or kill AppLock without password. You can disable Advanced Protection when you don't want it.

4)I forgot my password, How to find it?
Update to the latest version first. And then tap AppLock icon, click the icon at top right corner of lock page, tap 'forgot password'.
1. Security answer: enter security answer, click 'reset password'.
2. Security email: click 'send code to security email', input reset code, click 'reset password'.


AppLock uses the Device Administrator permission.
To enable Advanced Protection, please activate AppLock as "device administrator". It's only used for preventing intruders uninstalling AppLock.
AppLock uses Accessibility service.
To enable Power saving mode, please allow Accessibility services. The service is only used to reduce battery usage, improve unlocking efficiency, and ensure AppLock works stably.

So far, so good. The only annoying thing is the lag sometimes for the fingerprint. Having to close out and reopen to get it to pop up. And a notification for privacy that won't go away no matter what I do within the app after clicking. That's ticking me off. I paid for a year, gave it all permissions and it still won't go away. Must be a bug

I bought it. I loved it. They broke it. I uninstalled it. This app worked fine until the latest update. I purchased the full license years ago. Now it won't recognize my license and keeps showing ads and the lock screen for thumb print disappears and I have to click on the buy button before I can kill the screen and try again. Became super annoying. I'd rather have my data stolen that put up with this app any more. THAT'S how bad it's gotten.

Super annoying. I have used AppLock for as long as I have owned a smartphone. Unfortunately I won't be using it anymore as I just upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S23 and the loud video ads that pop every time I unlock an app is simply too much. Seems I had to download a new version of the app and right away the ads started. I lock too many apps, functions, etc. and I'd drive me crazy to have to sit there looking or having to lose every ad every time. It is free but it's not worth it to me.
