Great I was just diagnoised with arthritis in my lower back. I have always like to workout so I've been a little bummed out because of it. So I looked for an app that could help me ease back to my routine and this worked. I started only doing three mins but those three mins did wonders.
It's okaaay Some good exercises but too much time in between each one. Plus, the voice is annoying! :P
Cool app Great app. I downloaded the whole set, but I'm having a hard time in using all the workouts... Which workout should I start with? Which set? Are there specific days in which I can do the workouts? Can you help me figure that out?
I love it It is guaranteed to out an arch in your back. Does it do week with burning back fat. I only do the first set for 5mins

Feel much stronger I done the first set for three minutes and combined with the chest workout my stomach and back feels much better! Amazing :)
