Needs impovement I like the exercises. But it need to give an audio ding noise so you know when one move is completed and the next begins. Lying on your back doing a crunch, you can't see your phone. Also I agree needs to work both sides and name the exercise. Thank you. Though I've noticed there seems to be little updating..... Woohoo.... Is anyone out there?
Love this! I feel the burn and I love my results thus far!! Also being able to pick how long I want my workout to be is a great bonus for a busy mom . Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the calories burned is way off 3 minutes and 388cal burned highly unlikely lol .
Ok but not great As all the previously people have said , terrible voice and inaccurate calories... but also, the voice doesn't tell you what the exercise is. And on the last exercise, it doesnt tell you when you are done. Told me to work out my left but not right side , and then repeated the next exercise twice. A bit glitchy.
Needs some tweaks I really like the workouts and the ability to pick different durations, but the calorie count is ridiculously wrong (one 3 minute workout does not burn more than a 2 mile jog!!) which is very very important in a and fitness app. And secondly, the voice. It is awful. I like the app a lot, but may delete it if I can't get over the voice. Give us the option to change it to a pinging sound and I will start recommending it.
Freakin' awesome, couple of tweaks and it's perfect! Started using the app about three weeks ago and already with a better diet and just doing all 4 sets (of course, I just started doing 5 minutes each set, I was doing 3 for the past couple of weeks), I'm already seeing results: forming ab muscle and I have already lost 5 pounds. Only things I would recommend: - a sound or something to inform you that you're done with one workout (or at the end of the set because I just keep doing it because I can't see my phone) - repetitions for both sides of your body
